The 79th International Summer Course in German runs from August 07 to August 28, 2013. Participants come from all over the world and include teachers, administrators, students and others who want immerse themselves in the German language. The programme is taught in German, i.e. at least basic German skills are required. After an entrance test students will be placed in groups so that they can learn on their individual level. There will be 80 hours of instruction, Monday through Saturday, with language lessons in the mornings, and additional seminars and workshops in the afternoons. There will also be a cultural programme and excursions to interesting places in Thuringia, a welcome night and a farewell party. The course fee is Euro 400 and includes a pass for public transport.
