By registering on the booking system UB-Platz you accept the regulations for the use of a working place in the University Library Erfurt:

• The confirmation of reservation must be shown on entering the reading room.
• The reservation is only valid for your person and only for the working place booked.
• Tables and chairs may not be moved, group work is not permitted.
• If you do not occupy your working place 15 minutes after the start of the time booked, it can be cleared for others.
• Please cancel or change your booking if you do not need the working place at the time booked.
• Please observe the current Corona-rules and the general rules of conduct in the library.
