Theological Research Centre awards postdoctoral researcher scholarship

Within the framework of the European Graduate School for Research "Theology in religious, cultural and political Processes of Transformation", the Theological Research Centre of the University of Erfurt invites applications for a scholarship for postdoctoral researchers at the Erfurt location. Applications can be submitted until November 30, 2022, 23:59 CET.

The scholarship is aimed at excellent scientists who are specifically preparing for a career as a professor. The scholarship is intended for the development of an independent research achievement (habilitation). It is awarded for a period of 36 months. The monthly grant amounts to 2,000 euros. In addition, a family allowance of 300 euros is granted for each dependent child. In addition, research costs of up to 800 euros per year are provided.

Start of the funding period is on the 1st of each month. The scholarship can be started at the earliest on January 1, 2023, at the latest on April 1, 2023.
