Why and how do conflicts arise? How do I recognise a rising conflict and what can I do to prevent it? At the end of the one-day training on conflicts, you will have answers to these questions.

In this workshop, we will explore which conflicts are most common in your daily work routine. Where do you and your colleagues repeatedly misunderstand each other? When do you experience stress – which can be one source of conflicts? And how do you discuss efforts or projects that have gone wrong?

We will revisit models on communication and feedback as well as on the theory of conflicts. Individually and with each other, in reflections and in group discussions, we will explore challenges and solutions accordingly.

In addition to the one-day workshop on November 19, 2024 you may join a 60 minute coaching session (online) on December 5, 2024 to reflect on your learnings and deepen yor understanding of conflicts.

The workshop will take place on the campus of the University of Erfurt. The coaching sessions take place online.
