E-mail encryption: In the ZIP file you will find the certificate with the public key for the address firstname.lastname@example.org in a PEM, DER and PKCS#7 format. You can import this certificate into your e-mail program (e.g. Mozilla Thunderbird, MS Outlook) and use it to send a S/MIME encrypted mail to email@example.com.It is not mandatory to send an encrypted e-mail.
Predoc Scholarships of the Faculty of Economics, Law and Social Sciences
The Faculty of Economics, Law and Social Sciences at the University of Erfurt will award up to three short-term scholarships by 1 September 2021 at the latest, which are intended to facilitate the transition to an academic career for particularly qualified graduates of the Master's degree programmes "Political Science (Law, Economics and Social Sciences)" and "Public Policy" at the Faculty or elsewhere.
The scholarships have a duration of three to six months, depending on the applicant situation. The monthly funding amount is currently 1,000 euros (plus family allowance, if applicable).

Graduation Grant for International Doctoral Candidates funded by DAAD German Academic Exchange Service
With graduation grants international doctoral candidates are meant to be supported in their final phase of their dissertation. The scholarship is intended to allow doctoral candidates to fully concentrate and focus on the completion of their research project.
The graduation grant is awarded for three months within the year 2021.

The University of Erfurt awards Completion Scholarships for three month to doctoral candidates who are in their final phase of their doctorate and whose doctoral procedure has been opened at the University of Erfurt. The monthly scholarship amounts to 1,000 euros.
Please note: From 01 January 2021, until further notice, completion scholarships can only be awarded to doctoral candidates, who started a doctoral scholarship at the University of Erfurt (Christoph-Martin-Wieland or Landesgraduate Scholarship) not later than 10 May 2018.
