The University of Erfurt supports its academics with a wide range of offers

Once again, the University of Erfurt is offering exciting workshops for predocs, doctoral students and postdocs, but also for experienced academics, as part of its qualification programme. The programme, which is free of charge for participants, combines university didactics with career development formats and workshops to promote interdisciplinary key competences.

In addition, postdocs and university lecturers have the opportunity to participate in coaching. New this year is the mentoring programme "careerMe". It offers postdocs and Career Track professors as mentees the opportunity to be accompanied by experienced professors for a year. Mentors offer ideal support in academic career planning. The focus is on the personal relationship between mentor and mentee (one-to-one mentoring). During the programme, the tandems will meet regularly (in person or online). The basis for the relationship is a mentoring agreement, which is concluded at the joint kick-off event. You can also find more details in our flyer.
