Coaching for Postdocs and University teachers

Please note: Due to the corona pandemic, personally coaching is usually not possible. Depending on the coach, meetings can take place via phone, webex etc.

Postdocs and university teachers can participate in individual coaching.

Furthermore, doctoral candidates who do a cooperative doctorate can apply for a coaching.

Coaching topics are e.g. career planning or development of a healthy work-life-balance.
5 coaching sessions (each 60 minutes) can be financed.
It is possible to apply for another coaching 12 months after the completion of a first coaching. However, these must be on different topics.

Procedure of the Coaching

If you are interested in a coaching, please fill out the form below "Request for an individual coaching".
After receiving your request we will inform you whether a coaching can take place. If you accept, you will receive suggestions from us as to who could be a possible coach. You contact your favorite for a meeting (several potential coaches can also be contacted). Afterwards you tell us your preference and we will take care of the contractual arrangements. As soon as this is done, you can arrange appointments with the coach.
After all sessions you hand in the documentation formto us.

Please note that an individual coaching includes up to 5 sessions (60 minutes each).
Consent to process personal data

I hereby agree that my personal data (name, faculty, if applicable graduate centre, e-mail address) may be processed by the Research and Graduate Services for the purpose of planning, conducting and following up on the respective workshop.
In order to prepare for the workshop, data (name, faculty, if applicable graduate centre) will be passed on to the assistant A list of participants with their names will be available for signature on the day of the event.

My data will be deleted after 6 months. I can revoke my consent to process my personal data at any time. I am aware that a revocation of my consent may mean that I may not be able to participate in the workshop.
