Do you have responsibilities within your family (e.g. caring for relatives) or do you have children and are studying or working at university? Then you probably know the feeling that you do your best, but there are always situations in which you are overwhelmed, have a guilty conscience or can't really switch off. You are not alone in this! Balancing private and university demands as well as possible is a challenging task. To make this challenge a little easier for you and to strengthen your inner resources, the Equal Opportunity Office offers a two-part workshop with psychologist (M. Sc.) Nadine Köster.
On 19.01.2023 and 26.01.2023 there will be room for exchange, but also valuable tips and impulses for study/work-care-life balance, constructive handling of self-criticism or self-care. All tips are deliberately practical, concrete and well-founded, so that you do not have to carry even more mental load, but can go directly into implementation.
