Intercultural training for non-academic employees of the University of Erfurt

The university is becoming more and more international – this means that our everyday work is becoming more diverse and complex. We experience intercultural encounters and are challenged to deal competently and sensitively with our international students, guests and employees.

With the workshop Intercultural Sensitisation, the University of Erfurt wants to promote the continuous qualification of its employees in the intercultural area as well. The workshop is offered as part of the "Internationalisierung@home" project and is one of the measures for implementing the internationalisation strategy of the University of Erfurt.
