Leadership in science brings with it special challenges: complex decision-making processes, diverse expectations and a dynamic environment require innovative solutions. In our practice-oriented format "Collegial counselling on leadership", we offer you a protected space to reflect on current leadership issues together with colleagues and gain new perspectives.

Contents:

• Introduction to the concept and methods of peer counselling
• Practical application based on your own case studies and concerns from day-to-day management work
• Development of solution strategies through the exchange of experiences in the group
• Reflection and transfer to your own practice

Programme:

The first event will take place on 10 November 2025 from 3 to 4.30 pm. The participating group will arrange the next dates with the speaker. Depending on the needs of the group, there will be up to four dates in six months.
