Extended support hours and services
The URMZ colleagues in support are available in extended support hours between 8 and 16 o'clock by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and telephone (+49 361 737-5454).
The IT support is provided exclusively via remote maintenance (TeamViewer). Our colleagues will also be pleased to assist you in integrating your service device into your home infrastructure (e.g. installation of private printers, etc.) or in the installation of WebDAV on your private computer, installation of MS Office 365, etc.
In addition, it is currently possible to obtain access to URMZ services in advance without applications/forms. Please note that the corresponding applications/forms must be submitted after 19.04.20. Otherwise the right of use will be withdrawn.
Use of software on private devices
Some of the URMZ's software offerings were previously only available via the campus network. To ensure access from the home office as well, the URMZ provides the following software via the DFN cloud (information on this can be obtained after login (personal login) on our internal service pages.

Lending of equipment
The lending and return of (media) technology is currently not possible. Borrowed (media) technology will be automatically extended until 19.04.20. The pick-up of ordered equipment is only possible after prior consultation, the issue only against presentation of the thoska.
The collection and application for the thoska is currently not possible.
Support of external locations
External locations are currently only serviced on site in the event of an accident.
