Sitting in front of the computer for long periods of time, but also one-sided stress, can lead to muscular tension in the shoulder and neck area and cause back pain. The "Active Break" can provide relief. Our exercise instructor Susanne Wolter will work with the participants on exercises to improve strength and flexibility, as well as stretching and relaxation exercises, so that they can start work again with renewed energy. The new course will take place every Tuesday at 10 a.m. - in Erfurt as a hybrid event in R.1.37 (administration building). In Gotha, the "Active Break" will always take place at 8:30 a.m. in the pillar room of the Gotha Research Library.
