ArbeiterKind.de is Germany's largest non-profit organisation for those who are the first in their family to go to university. Telling their own educational history and thereby encouraging pupils from families without university experience to study - ArbeiterKind.de is also implementing this recipe for success in Thuringia. Here, the volunteers are currently involved in three local groups: in Erfurt, Weimar and Jena.

Our event will be all about getting to know each other, meeting up again and exchanging ideas. We will be taking a thematic look at the engagement and support services offered by ArbeiterKind.de in Thuringia and are looking forward to the perspectives and ideas of our guests.

You will also be able to meet Katja Urbatsch (founder and managing director of ArbeiterKind.de).
