Online panel discussion of the Student Council of the Faculty of Economics, Law and Social Sciences with Katharina König-Preuss, Alexander Hoffmann and Antonie Rietzschel.

Moderation: Mila Wischnewski and Maximilian Kessler

In February 2014, neo-Nazis had attacked a fair society in Ballstädt; in July 2021, after a new edition of the criminal trial, there will be a verdict. With our guests, we want to discuss the political, legal and social implications against the background of the verdict and ask ourselves the question: Does the Thuringian justice system have a structural problem with the prosecution of right-wing extremist acts of violence?

The event will take place online via Webex.
