Ladies and gentlemen, dear colleagues

Due to the ongoing corona pandemic, the associated constant change in the risk situation and the measures adopted in connection with it, I am sending you the enclosed employee information (only available in German), agreed with the Staff Council, valid from 18.05.2020.

The new regulations are aimed at a slow return to (limited) regular operations and include further exemption possibilities on the basis of a joint service information from the Thuringian Ministry of Finance and the Thuringian Ministry of the Interior and Municipalities dated 28.04.2020.

If you have any questions, please contact the Personnel Department at personal@uni-erfurt.de. We will also be happy to advise line managers on the arrangements made.

We would like to take this opportunity to make you aware that all employees deal with this very challenging situation differently due to individual fears. Please observe the corresponding hygiene rules from the protection concept and thus respect the different points of view. This is what makes for good cooperation!
