About the lecture
The cooperation of teachers in schools is understood as a central element of inclusive school and teaching development. In order to prepare for future professional practice, cooperation is increasingly implemented in teacher training, both at the level of students and lecturers. On the one hand, cooperation is said to have positive effects on, for example, professional satisfaction and teaching/teaching quality; on the other hand, it can also be experienced as burdensome and not very effective. In the lecture, these two sides of cooperation will be presented, forms of cooperation described and conditions for successful cooperation derived.
