New course: Stress management through mindfulness

With the support of its health partner AOK PLUS, the University of Erfurt is once again offering its employees a mindfulness course (MBET) with trainer Denisa Sandbothe in the winter semester 2021/22.

With the help of various mindfulness-based coping strategies, the participants learn how to shape their everyday life more mindfully and consciously. A total of ten sessions are planned - each from 12 to 1 p.m. in the martial arts room (dojo) of the sports hall.

Please note: Registration is open now, but the course will only take place with a minimum of 8 participants.
