Opening hours of the service facilities over the holidays

During the lecture-free period from 21 December 2020 to 03 January 2021 and in the first week of lectures from 04 to 10 January 2021, the opening hours of various service facilities of the University of Erfurt and the student services office will be partly changed. Please take note of this.

Department 1: Studies and Teaching (General Student Advisory Service)
Monday, 21.12.2020 to Sunday, 03.01.2021: no telephone consultation hours
From Monday, 04.01.2021: telephone consultation hours from Monday to Friday 9 to 11.30 a.m.

Erfurt University Library
Monday, 21.12.2020, to Wednesday, 23.12. 2020: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. // Circulation and information are open until 4 p.m.. Self-lending and return of media are possible until 8 pm.
Thursday, 24.12., to Sunday, 10.01.2021: closed // Return deadlines in the first week of January (04. - 08.01.) will be postponed to the week starting 11 January.

The library's elektronic services can still be used.

University Computing and Media Centre (URMZ)
Monday, 21.12.2020 until Sunday, 10.01.2021: Service Desk and Thoska Office closed
The PC pools are also closed at least until 10 January.

Support can be reached by mail or telephone until 23.12. at 12:15 and from 4.1. on. On-site support is only possible in case of emergency with prior appointment. Technical equipment and thoska can be collected during service hours by prior appointment by telephone.

Post office
Thursday, 24.12.2020 until Sunday, 03.01.2021: closed

Paying office / cash desk
The Paying Office will be closed 21.122020 until 04.01.2021.

Language Centre
from now until mid-January: closed
However, the student assistants are available at spz.service@uni-erfurt.de.
