Circular mail: Framework contracts office furniture and chairs

The University of Erfurt, together with other Thuringian universities under the leadership of the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena, invited tenders for a framework contract for the supply of office furniture (lot 1) and conference, visitor and swivel chairs (lot 2). Until the conclusion of the procedure, the University of Erfurt awarded its own framework contract for office furniture (excluding chairs).

In principle, furniture requirements are to be covered via the existing framework agreements. Furniture is procured centrally - also for all institutions and faculties of the University of Erfurt - via the procurement office of the University of Erfurt. Procurement applications are to be sent by e-mail to beschaffung@uni-erfurt.de using the form provided on the intranet on the procurement page.

Please note the applicable guideline for the new and initial equipment of authorities / equipment of official rooms for state employees. The Chancellor's circular from 2019 (German only) is attached in this regard.
