The aim of the online-based training is to recognise one's own stress patterns and learn coping strategies. The programme runs for three weeks and can be worked through at the individual's own pace.
In order to participate in the training, it is necessary to take part in a survey in advance. This is available from 16 to 27 May at https://www.soscisurvey.de/Stressmanagement_Training/. In addition, on 23 May there will be a short online information event on WebEx. It starts at 6 pm.
