Together with the Department of Medieval Studies at the Central European University and the Department of History of Art at Birkbeck, University of London, the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Erfurt invites you to a new lecture series that explores the origins of civic participation in political thought and examines its expressions in written and visual media from late antiquity to the seventeenth century.

The events take place online and in English. Participation is possible in individual events as well as the entire series of events.
