Task

  • Point of contact for all questions pertaining to the computer and media center
  • processes requests for use of computer services
  • Consultation for user problems (First-Level-Support),
  • responds to problems with computer services (Software, Hardware, Network)
  • provides information about set-up of the computer center
  • provides contact information for employees of the computer center
  • administers PC-Pools
  • processes course requests for computer center
  • provides certificates after completion of course

Service Office Working Hours/ PC-Pools

Monday-Friday7:45 - 12 a.m., 1 - 5 p.m.
last Wednesday of the monthService Office closed from 1-3 p.m.
