The courses Japanese A2 and Japanese B1.2 will take place in the summer semester 2025.
Description of the courses
Level A1
Course A1
This course is aimed at participants with no previous knowledge and is the first part of a two-semester course to achieve level A2.
The course consists of two two-hour courses (Listening & Speaking and Reading & Writing), which must be taken in parallel in the same semester.
The sub-courses can be taken via various modules (e.g. BF modules) and the Additional Language Programme.
Level A2
Course A2
This course is aimed at students with previous knowledge of Japanese A1 (passed A1 examination) or interested parties with comparable previous knowledge.
In the first course, you will receive further information from the course instructor on the content, organisation and study and examination requirements.
The course concludes with the A2 level examination.
It consists of two two-hour courses (Listening & Speaking and Reading & Writing), which must be taken in parallel in the same semester.
You can take this part of the course in professional field modules and the second part of the course in the additional language programme in order to gain credit points.
Level B1
Course B1
This course is a two-semester course and leads to level B1.
Admission to this course requires successful participation in an A2 course.
Please note that you must take both sub-courses (Listening & Speaking, Reading & Writing) in parallel in the same semester.
You can take the sub-courses in vocational modules and/or in the Additional Language Programme.
