Further information on enrolment: https://www.uni-erfurt.de/sprachenzentrum/organisation/service/anmeldung-zu-den-sprachkursen

Note for students from other Thuringian universities: If you receive a course place after confirmation from the lecturer (please contact them by email), please enrol as a secondary listener: https://www.uni-erfurt.de/studium/vor-dem-studium/bewerbung-zulassung-einschreibung/zweithoerer and apply for access to the Moodle learning platform via rz@uni-erfurt.de.

Placement tests:

No placement test is required for pure beginner courses (A1) (no previous knowledge required). However, if you have previous knowledge of a foreign language, you must take a placement test. This applies to German as a foreign language (DaF), English, French, Italian, Russian and Spanish. For all other languages, please contact the respective lecturers regarding the placement tests. The placement tests will take place during the STET week from 6-10 October 2025.
