Level tests

Level tests

The level examinations for the A2 (A2.2), B1 (B1.2), B2 (B2.2) and C1 courses consist of two parts - written and oral examinations.

The written part includes tasks on listening comprehension, reading comprehension, writing and grammar/lexic.

The oral part includes a short presentation on a topic covered during the semester and then answering questions on the topic. Depending on the level, there may also be a discussion of a read text and/or a solution to a problem.

The final grade for the level test is calculated as the average grade of all parts.

After successfully passing a level test, a corresponding certificate (Russian A2, Russian B1, Russian B2 or Russian C1) is issued.
