The Academic Career and Qualification Programme is extended to include teaching coaching

As part of the "Academic Career and Qualification Programme", postdocs and university lecturers at the University of Erfurt have the opportunity to take advantage of individual coaching. So far, this coaching has been aimed in particular at academic career planning and related topics. From now on, however, it is also possible to take advantage of teaching coaching, which focuses on didactic content, such as the long-term optimisation of one's own teaching planning or finding suitable teaching formats.
