The collective volume addresses India through the lens of an entangled relationship and takes into view the period that stretches from the start of the Kaiserreich to National Socialism. Moreover, it places special emphasis on the artistic expressions of religious experience.
Isabella Schwaderer is a research assistant at the Department for Religious Studies and Gerdien Jonker does pure research at Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg. They will be joined by Dr Julia Hauser (University of Kassel) and Dr Markus Schlaffke (Free University of Bozen-Bolzano). Selected chapters of the book will be presented by their authors, followed by a discussion.
