Language certificates are issued by lecturers on request once the level test has been successfully passed.
Please send an email in advance to spz.service@uni-erfurt.de with the following details:
- full name and student number,
- language,
- the semester in which the language course was taken or the examination was sat.

From 1 May 2026, our opening hours will be as follows:

Mon – Tue: 08.00 – 17.00

Wed – Thu: 08.00 – 16.00

Fri: 08.00 – 12.00

Opening hours during the lecture-free period

From 20 to 24 July, our Service Desk will be open from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm on Tuesdays to Thursdays.
From 27 July to 25 September, our Service Desk will be closed.
