SFB Movie Series "Eigentum im Blick" - New Programme for the Winter Semester 2024/25

As in the past, the series will bring the debate on property issues to the screen once a month and show a filmic treatment of conflicts over property, current dynamics of change and possible alternatives.

The film series starts on 22 October with the screening of ‘Das Schmuckstück’. The other dates in the series are: 19.11. Kraft der Utopie. Leben mit Le Corbusier in Chandigarh; on 17.12. We Are All Detroit; on 21.01. The Congress and on 11.02. Das Land meines Vaters.

A member of the SFB will introduce each film and will be available for a discussion at the end.

Tickets cost 5 euros and can be purchased directly at the Kino am Markt, Markt 5, 07743 Jena, or online. The Jena Culture Ticket is valid for students at the cinema from Monday to Thursday, i.e. admission is free of charge. We recommend booking a ticket in advance.
