Teaching format for the winter semester 2026/27

The Portuguese courses in the 2026/27 winter term will be held exclusively online!

Enrolment for language courses in the 2026/27 winter term

Enrolment in the language courses takes place in three phases:

1. During the first enrolment phase (from 1 October 2026, 10.00 am, until 4 October 2026, 6.00 pm), students who have already successfully completed one of our language courses and wish to continue at a higher level (from A2 onwards) may enrol.
2. During the second enrolment phase (from 8 October 2026, 4.00 pm to 9 October 2026, 6.00 pm), students with no prior knowledge can enrol for A1-level courses. Enrolment for all other courses (from A2 upwards) is also open again during this period.
3. During the third enrolment phase (from 16 October 2026, 4.00 pm to 20 October 2026, 6.00 pm), courses with available places will be reopened for enrolment. During this period, all students can enrol for any remaining places that may be available.

Please proceed as follows:

1. Enrol in the relevant Moodle course room; enrolment code: SPZ_WiSe2026
2. Complete the pre-registration form and select your target language level.
3. You will now have access to the section for the relevant level, which includes the ‘Group Selection’ activity. Open this and select your preferred course.
4. Select ‘Save my choice’. You are now registered. You will receive a confirmation from Moodle.

Once you have enrolled, you will no longer be able to enrol for another course in that language. If you wish to change your course choice, please notify the SPZ Service (by email, see below) of your request.
