"Tuesday Talks" and "Mappings" start a new round

In the winter semester 2025/26, the Centre for Transcultural Studies / Perthes Collection at the University of Erfurt will continue its "Tuesday Talks" and "Mappings" event series.

Professor Annelie Ramsbrock (Greifswald) will discuss the "Social figure of the addict" as part of the "Tuesday Talks". Professor Claudia Ulbrich and Dr Gudrun Emberger (Berlin) will present their three-volume new edition of the estate of Karoline Schulze Kummerfeld in the series "Selbstzeugnisse der Neuzeit". In addition to lectures by this year's Duke Ernst and Hiob Ludolf Fellows, the seminar "Mappings" will focus on "Unmapping Africa" in the coming semester.
