You would like to use the barbecue area in front of hall of residence 4? Please use the following form.

Please note: The use of the barbecue area is only permitted after prior registration and confirmation by e-mail. If the expected number of participants is less than 20, the house administration reserves the right to allocate the barbecue area (or the 2nd grill) to another group if necessary.

With the application you accept the following terms of use:

  • You will receive the collecting trays for the barbecue charcoal at the guard. These must be used to avoid damage to the barbecue facilities.
  • There you will also receive (if required) the key for the water connection (turn the tap off again after use).
  • The electricity will be switched on by the technical department (if required).
  • Any damage to the barbecue facilities must be reported immediately to the guard.
  • Should anyone complain after 10 p.m. about inappropriate noise or the course of the barbecue, our security staff is authorised to terminate the barbecue. The requests of the guards must generally be obeyed.
  • At the end of the event, order and cleanliness must be restored to the grounds. The barbecue charcoal must be disposed of in the metal bin provided and not extinguished. Please ensure that there is no other rubbish in the bin. The barbecue must be cleaned. Rubbish and barbecue remains are to be disposed of exclusively in the residual waste bin at residential home 4.
  • The key and the collection trays are to be handed in to the guard afterwards and any damage is to be reported.
