New article: Knowledge production for German foreign policy

From which practices does knowledge about foreign policy intervention contexts emerge in Germany? We present a study that systematically analyses knowledge production in Germany on Afghanistan during the period of the intervention. For this purpose, we use a new database that we have compiled ourselves, which includes 133 Afghanistan experts from Germany.
