Blankensee Colloquium on Freedom of Expression

This year's Blankensee Colloquium, organised by Romy Jaster and Christian Neumeier, took place in Berlin from 20-23 March 2024. The conference, organised at the Wissenschaftkolleg zu Berlin, was entitled "Freedom of Expression: Transformation and Regulation of Political Public Spheres". It was a fantastic three days with very intense discussions and a wonderful group of scholars. There were contributions from Rae Langton, Elif Özmen, Michael Roseneck, Geert Kreil, Florian Uckmann, Stefan Rinner, Sabine Müller-Mall, Johannes Buchheim, David Lanius, Michael Schefczyk, Erik Tuchtfeld, Christian Neumeier, Nora Wienfort, Christoph Möller and Thorsten Thiel. His own contribution focussed on reconfiguration options for the digital public sphere.
