You will often be asked to send your academic transcript as a PDF file before your appointment to ensure you receive the best possible advice. You can access this as follows:
Log in to your student account via E.L.V.I.S. and open ‘My Grades’ or ‘My Student Account’. There you can access the access your academic transcript. It is essential that you tick the box next to “Show all’ . You can then use the print function (Ctrl+P) to select, for example, the ‘Microsoft Print to PDF’ or ‘Adobe PDF’ printer, so that you can save the academic transcript as a PDF and send it.
For general enquiries about your studies (e.g. regarding re-registration, standard duration of study, leave of absence semesters, etc.), please contact the student advice and counselling service. You can find contact details and addresses under the university’s central advisory services(“Contact Department 1: Registrar's Office”).
