Henning Gloystein is Director, Energy, Climate & Resources at Eurasia Group where he covers geopolitical risk in oil and natural gas markets, the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy, and the environmental pressures of urbanization and industrialization in emerging markets.

Amund Vik is a senior advisor to Eurasia Group, advising various teams and the firm's clients on Europe's energy transition, European geopolitics, and more. Previously, he served as state secretary in the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.

Moderator: Dr Alejandra Ortiz-Ayala is Head of the Conflict Studies and Management Specialization at the Brandt School. Before, she spent several years as a lecturer, researcher and consultant for national and international organizations. She holds a PhD from the University of Ontago, NZ.
