Dr. Timor Landherr

Dr Timor Landherr is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Erfurt, where he coordinates the Centre for Political Practices and Orders (C2PO). His research combines historical-materialist International Political Sociology with questions of the political economy of border and migration politics, 'depopulation', and racism and anti-racism in world politics. 

 

Previously, he was a Research Fellow and member of the steering group of the Centre for the Study of Migration at Queen Mary University of London. He holds a PhD from Queen Mary University of London, an MSc in International Relations Research from the London School of Economics, and a BA from the University of Groningen. The Leverhulme Trust and the Zeit-Bucerius Foundation have supported his research.
