Professor Dr Miriam Zschoche and Juliet Nollau took part in the New Institutionalism Workshop (NIW) at Friedrich Schiller University in Jena from 21 to 22 March 2024. There they presented their research project "Imprinting and Institutional Legacy: Shaping Female Leadership and Sustainability in East and West German SMEs".
The workshop offered researchers from different countries and academic disciplines the opportunity to share their current work in order to expand the theoretical and empirical knowledge of institutional research.
