Chair of macroeconomics

Macroeconomics is concerned with the causes and consequences of economic cycles and growth. My work is mostly in the field of monetary and financial economics and focuses on the role of the bounded rationality of economic agents. Hence, the research projects at the chair of macroeconomics at the University of Erfurt are contributions in the spirit of behavioral economics.
