In the week from 12 to 16 January, elections will be held at the University of Erfurt for various student councils.

Wahlurne

The elections will take place from 12 January 2026 (13:00) to 16 January 2026 (13:00) as a non-electronic election with voting at the ballot box. The election can be accessed by presenting your student ID card to the university's election supervisor.

The following student councils will be elected:

  • English Studies,
  • Educational Science,
  • German Studies, History,
  • Catholic theology,
  • Communication Sciences,
  • Arts,
  • Teaching profession,
  • Literary Studies,
  • Music,
  • Philosophy,
  • Romance Studies,
  • sports and movement education,
  • Economics, Law and Social Sciences
  • and the WBS Student Government.

By-elections will be held for the student councils for special education, special and integration education and psychology.
