Anne-Sophie Tänzer is a research associate in the project GenDiMedNet (Network Platform for Gender-Sensitive, Interactive Digital Applications in Medicine). Her research interests focus on how to communicate gender-sensitive medicine in a way that fosters acceptance, builds trust, and avoids reactance.
She completed her Master’s degree in Health Communication at the University of Erfurt in 2025 (Master’s thesis: Perception of HPV Vaccination among Young Adults – A Quantitative Study on Knowledge, Attitudes, and Predictors of Vaccination Intention in Germany) and her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Leipzig in 2022.
Research interests: Gender-sensitive medicine; psychological reactance in health communication
