Clean technology transfer needs to focus on building innovative capacity

On April 27th, Professor Goldthau discussed the importance of clean energy tech as a central way to advance sustainable development in the Global South, as part of the launch of UNDP’s Global Governance Report on Paving the way for low-carbon development globally and along the Belt and Road.

Professor Goldthau was joined on the high level panel by Zhang Jianhua, Administrator of National Energy Administration, Zhang Tianren, Founder  of Tianneng Group, Wang Binghua, Chairman of State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) and Octavian Stamate, the Counselor for Energy and Climate Action of the EU Delegation to China.
