Please be sure to follow the information provided by the International Office regarding Learning Agreements at universities that are not part of the ERASMUS+ programme. 
Please submit the completed Learning Agreement (LA) as early as possible to the academic adviser for the relevant degree programme, together with supporting documents: Relevant information includes course content, learning outcomes, workload, lecturer, assessment method and reading list. Please send a link to the course entry in the foreign university’s course catalogue or a PDF containing the course description.

A separate LA must be applied for each degree programme. You must then email this to the relevant examination board for final approval.

If there are any changes at the start of your semester abroad, please discuss these with the subject advisors within the first two weeks.
