Twin Transition (Digital and Green) within the Context of International Cooperation

Prof. Dr. Kemmerling gave a talk about Twin Transition (Digital and Green) in International Academic Cooperation at the MX II Congreso Internacional de Becas y Cooperación Académica UNAM 2026. The talk highlighted the fact that international cooperation needs to be reconciled with minimizing environmental impact. Digitalization can be a chance in this regard given that online cooperation is less costly than physical exchange which leads to more symmetric forms of policy learning where partners from Global South and Global North are co-creating knowledge.
