Bad Sulza Retreat: Exploring Diversity and Anti-Discrimination

First-year MPP students participated in a retreat in Bad Sulza designed to reflect on diversity, inclusion, and anti-discrimination.

The workshop, "Working in Intercultural Teams," focused on cultural diversity — sharing and learning about different cultures while reflecting on cultural supremacy — and discrimination, exploring how racism, ableism, and sexism intersect to reinforce biases and divisions.

The retreat offered a space for reflection, discussion, and practical strategies to foster inclusive, respectful, and collaborative group environments.
