Short Biography
Markus Pins, based in Düsseldorf, runs a company specialising on semantic analysis and recommendations. He used to advise large companies on their code of conduct. Markus earned a Master's degree in Political Theory from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Afterwards, he studied at Columbia University (New York), Université Paris 1 - Pantheon-Sorbonne (Paris) and University of Saarland (Saarbrücken). He participated in the EU Research Training Network "Applied Global Justice.' Meanwhile he worked as a speech writer for the President of the German Bundestag.
Markus Pins has initiated the Commitment Award at the Brandt School.
