Changed opening hours during the lecture-free period

During the lecture-free period (until April 10, 2023), some service facilities at the University of Erfurt have changed opening hours. We ask for your attention.

University Computer and Media Center (URMZ)
telephone availability:

  • Mon to Thu: 8 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Fr: 8 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.

opening hours service desk:

  • Mon to Thu: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Fri: 9 to 11 a.m.

Department 1: Registrar's Office
office hours on site:

  • Mon to Thu: 12 to 3 p.m.

University Library
Regular opening hours apply up to and including March 3.
On March 4/5, the library will be closed for maintenance work on the IT network.
On weekends from March 11 through Easter, the UB is open only on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be closed on Sundays.
On Easter weekend, the university library will be completely closed. After that, the regular opening hours apply again.

Gotha Research Library / Perthes Forum
The Gotha Research Library of the University of Erfurt and the Gotha Perthes Collection in the Perthes Forum will not open until 12 noon on Thursday, March 9. Beyond that, the known regular opening hours apply.

Language Centre (LG 1/338)
In February the Language Centre is open as follows:

  • Mon 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Tue to Thu 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Fri 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In March the Language Centre will be closed. The opening hours for April will be announced in due time.

Cafeteria
13.02. until 31.03.2023:

  • weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

Glass box
13.02. to 31.03.2023:

  •  weekdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
