For transporting books, your laptop or any other personal belongings please use the baskets provided or buy a library carrier-bag at the information desk.
Please leave any bags and backpacks in the cloakroom lockers in the entrance hall before entering the reading room (coin-operated deposit: €1 or €2). Jackets and other overclothing you may leave here as well, if necessary.
You may take drinks (hot or cold, except alcohol) in closed bottles and mugs into the reading room. Food is not allowed. For breaks we recommend the cafeteria on the ground floor.
