About the exhibition: 

The exhibition showcases the extensive body of work by Dr Fridlind Siebrecht. The focus is on the wooden toys, most of which were manufactured by FRIDLIN Holzspielzeug in Döschnitz. The wooden toys are contextualised within Siebrecht’s overall body of work (including her teaching activities, in particular the ‘Methodical Design Exercises’ for students at Burg Giebichenstein) and are briefly linked to the educational work of her inspiration, Friedrich Fröbel.

The exhibition can be viewed during the opening hours of the Erfurt University Library. Admission is free.
