Electronic booking of working places

Individual work cabins and group rooms can be booked (with login of the University of Erfurt) for max. 4 hours in advance via the reservation system UB-Platz. Extensions are permitted. Changes and cancellations of reservations are possible at any time.

Please note that the group study rooms are not intended for regularly scheduled courses.
If the room has not been used 30 minutes after the start of the booked time, it can be released for use by other users.

The parent-child room (Arbeitsraum 5 Eltern+Kind) can only be used by parents with a child.
